Are you looking for a truly flexible role where you can make a difference? We\'re seeking a General Assistant to ensure all facilities services at our property are provided effectively and efficiently. You\'ll also be the initial point of contact for key stakeholders and external multi-agencies.
Responsibilities
* Keep Things Running: Ensure cleaning, maintenance, and security are working well and meet targets.
* Serving Meals to residents at designated times.
* Look After Public Areas: Ensure all shared spaces are clean, tidy, and in good condition.
* Stay Safe: Do regular fire and security checks, fix problems quickly, and keep records.
* Look After Health & Safety: Carry out safety checks and ensure the site follows all rules and guidelines.
* Stay Alert: Maintain security and know what to do in an emergency.
* Manage Site Access: Check people in and out of the site, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
* Accurate, diligent, self-motivated, focused, and reliable.
* Previous experience in H&S and security would be desirable.
* A collaborative working spirit that enhances and builds effective working relationships both internally and externally.
* Possess a communication style that allows positive and open dialogue with users and multi-agencies.
* An ability to anticipate expectations and resolve issues.
* The ability to remain calm when in pressurized situations.
