The Role We are seeking enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to join our successful Junior School. Working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help children develop academically, socially and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support to enhance high-quality teaching and learning Work with individuals and small groups to boost confidence and understanding Support literacy, numeracy and phonics activities Assist with planning, preparing and delivering learning materials Monitor pupil progress and provide valuable feedback Build positive relationships and encourage excellent behaviour Help supervise playtimes, lunch periods and school activities Support with displays, resources and classroom organisation Engage in extra-curricular activities and school trips Uphold safeguarding, wellbeing and school policies at all times The Ideal Candidate You will be a warm, proactive and dedicated individual who loves working with children and contributing to their development.
