We’re looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead a brand-new, bespoke service supporting a young individual with complex needs, including autism, a learning disabilities, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a service from the ground up – establishing culture, standards, and a skilled team from day one. As the Supported Living Manager, you’ll create a safe, positive, and empowering home environment, lead the team, and ensure person-centred care of the highest standard.
