The Role: Management Accountant
In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function as a Management Accountant
You will:
* Prepare, review, and report monthly management accounts
* Produce a selection of Group Accounts
* Deliver insightful financial analysis that supports key business decisions
* Assist with statutory reporting and ensure full compliance across finance processes
* Attend internal meetings as a senior member of the finance team and being a Management Accountant
* Take on ad hoc tasks with a can‑do, solutions-focused mindset
This is a role where your voice and expertise truly matter.
Essential Requirements
To hit the ground running, you must have:
* Experience using SAGE 200
* Hands‑on experience preparing Management Accounts
* Willingness to work fully office‑based, Monday to Friday
Desirable Skills
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
* Positive attitude with a desire to add value and support wider business goals
