What You'll Do
* Lead a small team (1–2 operatives) in delivering soft/hard landscaping and fencing projects.
* Collaborate with Contracts Managers and clients to plan and execute works.
* Mentor and develop your team.
* Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every job.
What You'll Need
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Grounds Maintenance.
* Experience in the use of standard machinery.
* Full UK driving licence.
* CSCS card and experience with towing (excavators, dumpers, compact tractors, PA1/PA6, and timber work are a plus).
