The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Business Support Team, contributing to the delivery of an efficient service in support of business requirements.
What you’ll do:
You will provide comprehensive administrative support within the SEN Service Business Support Team, including raising and processing orders and invoices. You will help maintain and improve departmental systems, regularly updating databases and spreadsheets. Your role will involve handling complex queries through research, building internal and external networks, organizing meetings and events, taking minutes, and escalating enquiries when necessary.

You will demonstrate strong computer literacy, particularly in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data management and transmission. You will manage meetings and take accurate minutes, ensuring clear and timely documentation. You will work collaboratively as part of a team, handling statutory and complex matters with professionalism. You will communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and with external contacts.
