Acorn Support is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing client in the beauty and service industry. We're seeking full-time Customer Support Advisors to join their UK customer care team. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about customer service and personal care products.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer emails and live chat in fluent English
* Support with order tracking, product information, and account assistance
* Accurately log customer queries and resolutions
* Escalate complex issues to UK-based team leads
* Follow internal procedures and meet daily service metrics
* Maintain a consistently helpful and professional tone in all communications
Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup with stable internet connection
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service (preferred)
* Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Preferred / Scheduling
* Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce
* Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (UK hours)
* 8-hour shifts
