We’re looking for a driven and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Manager to build, inspire, and lead a team of motivated sales professionals. What We’re Looking For:


* Proven door-to-door sales or canvassing experience, with prior leadership experience
* A track record of recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams
* Strong communication and people skills, confident, persuasive, and motivating
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to consistently hit and exceed goals
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when homeowner engagement is highest
* Physically able to walk 3–5 miles daily in the field with your team
* Comfortable engaging homeowners, creating interest, and setting appointments

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit, hire, and train a team of door-to-door sales representatives
* Assign and oversee canvassing territories to maximize lead opportunities
* Lead from the field coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable
* Drive appointment-setting activity and ensure lead quality
* Train and enforce scripts, messaging, and proven sales techniques
* Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
* Represent Total Remodeling at select events and shows, alongside your team
* Build brand awareness by distributing marketing materials and engaging homeowners face-to-face
