And now, they’re looking for you — a seasoned Paraplanner who wants more than just reports and research.
�? About the Role
This is a high-impact Paraplanning role where your technical expertise, relationship-building skills, and career ambition will be appreciated from day one.
You’ll work closely with a team of three professional and highly motivated Financial Advisers, helping them manage a growing client book — many of whom have been with the firm for years. Your work will be hands-on, collaborative, and client-facing.

?? Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the IFA team to deliver comprehensive, client-first financial plans
* Attend client meetings, helping to build trust and continuity
* Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and estate planning
* Contribute to complex casework including IHT mitigation, tax optimisation, and cashflow forecasting
* Mentor and support junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team culture
* Play a key role in shaping and refining internal advice processes
?? What You Bring
* Significant experience in private client wealth management
* Strong paraplanning expertise, ideally with Level 4 Diploma (Chartered status highly desirable)
* A confident, client-facing manner and the ability to simplify complex ideas
* A collaborative, team-spirited approach with an eye for improvement
* Ambition to grow within a business — whether that means advancing into an advice role or becoming a senior technical lead

* Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
