Overview
We're looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at In Dartford. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for facilities support, working closely with both internal teams and our client to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain site building service files and assist with monthly reporting. Resolve local site queries efficiently. Supervise cleaning services through audits and team engagement. Conduct monthly workplace inspections. Promote health and safety compliance and coordinate training and risk assessments. Manage third-party activities on site, including issuing permits to work. Support procurement of goods and services. Ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
The Facilities Coordinator will:

Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience in a facilities support or administrative role, ideally in a client-facing environment.
* Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel).
* Qualifications: IOSH Managing Safely certification.
* Character: Calm under pressure, committed to excellent customer service, and a collaborative team player.
