Key Responsibilities
You will ensure adherence to change governance standards, manage relevant documentation, and ensure compliance with Navigator updates. Your duties include managing governance meetings, providing stakeholder updates, and maintaining a holistic project plan to keep financial crime initiatives on track.
Qualifications and Skills
Successful candidates should have:
* Solid experience with project tracking and reporting, including milestones, actions, risks/issues, and dependencies.
* Knowledge of navigator or similar platforms for maintaining programme data and supporting governance routines.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for timely and accurate reporting.
Additional valued skills include:
* Exposure to financial crime or regulatory projects and understanding of delivery urgency.
* Ability to support project audits and assurance processes.
* Comfort supporting forums like steerco’s and working groups, including producing packs and minutes.
You may be assessed on key skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills.

To support change delivery managers in delivering successful projects, ensuring alignment with controls, governance standards, and strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
* Supporting change delivery managers to ensure programme compliance with the Barclays Control Framework.
* Creating and implementing standardized PMO processes aligned with controls and governance standards.
* Monitoring project performance and reporting to senior management.
* Maintaining project documentation, plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Facilitating project governance and strategic alignment.
* Providing change management training to stakeholders.
* Continuously improving project management practices.
