About the role:
As a Community Pharmacist Manager, you will work in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to create and maintain a robust service.

Your main responsibilities as a Community Pharmacist Manager:
* Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, providing healthcare advice to customers, including consultations and diabetes checks
* Develop your pharmacy team, ensuring best practices are implemented and shared
* Emphasize the importance of clinical governance and invest time in training your team
* Proactively develop pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements
* Focus on daily operations and medium-term planning, conducting regular audits to maintain high standards
