Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal
Welcome to White Cross Vets Balby, where our cases are as interesting as our team is supportive. From complex procedures to quirky emergencies, no two days are the same – and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
About The Role
We currently have 20 hours per week available for this position. However, we’re open to discussion—whether you’re looking for fewer hours or a specific working pattern, we’d love to hear from you.
This role offers true clinical freedom, a supportive and friendly team, and plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Why Join White Cross?
When you join White Cross, you're becoming part of a growing group of practices across Yorkshire, with a new site opening this September. Our structure means you’ll have access to peer support, mentorship, and the chance to shadow specialists across the region.
You'll also be supported by a dedicated People Team based at our Head Office in Leeds—you’ll know their names, and they’ll know yours. Locally, our Practice Director, an internationally accredited coach and mentor, is committed to helping you grow in whatever direction you choose—be it clinical, leadership, or confidence-building.
