Responsibilities Assemble cable assemblies and wiring harnesses according to specified blueprints and wiring diagrams. Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies to ensure compliance with all standards and specifications. Conduct electrical continuity and functionality tests using appropriate testing equipment. Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions in collaboration with engineering and quality teams. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, test results, and inventory usage. Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, and other machinery required for cable and harness production. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly procedures and product quality. Requirements Proven experience in cable assembly, wiring harness fabrication, or a related electrical assembly role. Strong knowledge of electrical components, wire types, and assembly techniques. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Proficiency with hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments such as multimeters and continuity testers. Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as required to meet production deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificates or training in electronics or related fields preferred.
