Description You are ready to deliver innovative solutions for customers. Role Overview The primary purpose of the role is to become the main day to day contact for the client. This will mean working with the team both internally and externally (suppliers) to ensure the timely delivery of projects. As well as taking primary ownership of accounts and the management of high-quality outputs from the team. Responsibilities Delegate and manage tactical & administrative processes Develop key client relationships and assume day to day contact role while ensuring client satisfaction Take a lead role on ensuring clients tactics are delivered through appropriate strategic, creative & digital routes Start to build an understanding of the client’s business Essential Requirements Degree educated Good organisational and administration skills Strong communications skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Desired Requirements Strong attention to detail and good proof reading skills Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriate Able to lead a team effectively At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
