About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with a nurturing approach. You will work within the Learning Resource Centre, supporting children across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 (KS2). This full-time, long-term position operates during standard school hours, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored support to children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) across various areas of learning.
Assist learners both individually and in small groups to enhance their educational experience.
Maintain excellent classroom management to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and other professionals to support pupil development.
Candidate Profile
Experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Proven ability to work confidently with groups and 1:1.
Strong classroom management skills.
A compassionate, patient, and nurturing personality.
Commitment to inclusive education and promoting a supportive learning environment.
