Your role as an ALN Assistant:
1. Champion inclusion and make learning accessible for all.
2. Provide one-to-one and small group support – academically, socially, and emotionally.
3. Help pupils with their Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and celebrate every milestone, big or small.
4. Be a trusted adult, a calming presence, and a spark of joy in their school day.
