Contract Details: 6 months with the potential to be extended
Shift: The role operates on a rota of earlies 6am-2pm and lates 2pm-10pm.
Salary: £17.82 per hour

Potential for overtimeResponsibilities:
 As a Sheet Metal Worker you will be part of our small team who are responsible for fabrication of Haynes and Nymonic 75 components installed on to small gas turbines. You will be required to deliver fabrication of these components with access to onsite jigs and carry out seam welding.
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean and organised workspaceEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
 To be a successful candidate, you should have:
Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker or in a similar role
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skillsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Certification in sheet metal working or a related field
Experience with CNC machines and automated processes
Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience in a fast-paced production settingTechnologies:
Hand tools (snips, shears, hammers, etc.)
Welding equipment
CNC machinery
Measuring tools (callipers, micrometres)
