This is an opportunity to take the lead on exciting retail accounts where creativity meets execution turning big brand ideas into impactful, real-world experiences.
About the role…
As an Account Director, you’ll be the driving force behind retail-focused accounts owning client relationships while leading the delivery of creative, insight-led campaigns.
This isn’t just about delivery it’s about activation. You’ll work closely with creative teams to translate big ideas into compelling retail experiences. You’ll play a key role in taking global brand thinking and making it resonate locally adapting, evolving and activating campaigns so they truly connect with audiences.
What you’ll be doing…
* Acting as the senior strategic lead across key retail accounts
* Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted creative partner
* Bringing ideas to life translating creative concepts into engaging retail activations
* Collaborating closely with creative, strategy and production teams
* Ensuring global campaigns are executed effectively across different markets
* Overseeing delivery to ensure work is on brief, on time and on budget
* Supporting new business and contributing to agency growth
About you…
You’re a creatively driven Account Director who thrives on making ideas happen. You understand retail inside out not just how it looks, but how it works and love turning strategy into tangible, engaging brand experiences.
You’re confident leading conversations with clients, pushing creative thinking and ensuring work stands out in a competitive retail landscape.
What we’re looking for…
* Proven experience at Account Director or Client Director level within a creative agency
* Strong background in retail marketing and activations
* A passion for creativity and bringing ideas to life in real-world environments
* Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
* Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including global teams
* A natural leader with experience mentoring and developing others
