Join our team at Bristol Street Motors Van Centre Exeter and become a valued Mechanic.
We are offering a basic salary between £29,200 to £36,440 depending on skills and experience PLUS a sign on bonus- £1000 in month one and a £1000 in month 13 of employment with company benefits. This is based on a 42 hour working week and includes an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.
This role is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
Your role as a Van Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise across all aspects of the job will be essential, from straightforward servicing to complex repairs. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3Current experience as a Vehicle TechnicianMOT license preferred but not essentialYour own set of toolsA full UK driving licence
