Secondary School TA – Your Next Adventure Starts Here
Got a good sense of humour? Love a challenge? Can handle teen banter and tricky timetables? We’ve got the perfect gig for you.
We’re on the lookout for Secondary School Teaching Assistants who can bring patience, positivity, and the occasional motivational speech to classrooms across Bromley.
The Day-to-Day:
* Supporting students who need a little extra help to smash their lessons.
* Getting stuck into everything from maths missions to English essays.
* Being the go-to support for pupils who might need a pep talk, a recap, or just someone who believes they can do it.
* Working alongside fab teachers to keep learning on track (and maybe even make it fun—imagine that!).
You’ll Be Great At This If:
* You’ve got experience working with young people (schools, clubs, coaching, youth work—you name it).
* You’ve got patience by the bucketload and aren’t fazed by a bit of teenage attitude.
* You’re calm, consistent, and know how to build trust.
* You can bring a bit of energy to even the quietest classrooms.
What’s On Offer:
* Long-term, full-time roles with supportive secondary schools.
* Weekly PAYE pay—no umbrella, no faff.
* Free Thrive training and CPD courses to keep your skills sharp.
* A friendly Protocol Education consultant who’s always got your back.
Why You’ll Love It:
This isn’t just about support—it’s about showing up, making connections, and proving that school can be somewhere students feel good. You’ll be part of the wins, big and small, and trust us—you’ll make a difference they won’t forget.
