To be a great Store Manager at one of our convenience stores, you don't necessarily need retail experience. Surprised? What you'll be doing While your team of Customer and Trading Managers will run the shifts and manage the day-to-day, you'll have ultimate control of how the store performs. You'll be a visible and accountable leader - finding, solving and anticipating issues now and six months from now, so that everything runs like clockwork. You'll need to make sure everything is safe and legal for customers and staff.
