As a valued part of the Forte family, you will: Maintain a professional and personable relationship with all our guests Monitor surveillance cameras Support our Health Security & Safety Manager to put security measures in place for VIP individuals and guests to the hotel and surrounding area Carry out security patrols Support the department with general administration duties Assist guests and staff with security-related matters while maintaining discretion and courtesy Report and record all incidents in accordance with hotel policy Liaise with management and local authorities when necessary This role involves working evenings and weekends.
