This role will be responsible as a key member of the team for delivering best in class services, representing Canon onsite at a prestigious customers premises in Edinburgh.
The Senior DSO must work closely with client stakeholders delivering a high-quality service that meets the specifications and deadlines outlined in the customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will act as the primary point of contact for reprographic print and finishing queries, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality output. This role requires flexibility to support other services lines including goods-in, mail and courier functions, as well as supporting and maintaining printer and stationery hub, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Deliver best in class services as a key member of the team on site at a prestigious customer’s premises in Edinburgh.
* Act as the primary point of contact for reprographic print and finishing queries, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality output aligned with the SLA.
* Support other services lines including goods-in, mail and courier functions, and maintain the printer and stationery hub.
* Provide professional customer service and be accountable for work completed on site.
* Support the introduction of service enhancements and respond to customer requests, enquiries and complaints promptly and proactively where possible.
* Ensure all required records are completed and maintained and provided upon request to customers and/or the management team.

You will need / Qualifications
* Expert knowledge in reprographics, document services, operating finishing equipment (guillotines, folders, creasers, comb and wire binding machines).
* Knowledge of mail/courier processing services and online booking platforms for same-day, UK overnight, and international couriers.
* Experience in management and first fix, paper and toner replenishment within a managed print service is advantageous.
* Results driven with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Team player with flexibility to undertake ad hoc duties as requested by the DSTL or Senior Management.
