What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key role in keeping holidays running smoothly and customers feeling supported from start to finish. You’ll guide customers throughout their holiday journey, helping deliver the high standards and service we’re known for. You’ll: Help customers with bookings, amendments, cancellations, and travel questions Take ownership when things don’t go to plan and find practical solutions quickly Speak with both B2C and B2B customers across calls and emails Resolve issues confidently, calmly, and professionally Work at pace across multiple enquiries while maintaining high standards and attention to detail Keep systems and booking information accurate and up to date Work closely with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly for customers Everything you do contributes to the experience our customers remember long after they return home.
