Job Title: Business Analyst (12 month FTC)
Location: Moreton-In-Marsh
Salary: up to £58,000
Peaple Talent have partnered with a well-established organisation to support the hire of a Business Analyst on a twelve-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for enhancing business systems and processes by bridging the gap between clients, teams, and stakeholders.
The Role:
* Lead business analysis, define requirements, and align solutions with organisational goals.
* Identify process improvements and design efficient, user-focused services.
* Plan and support testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Maintain strong documentation, governance, and continuous improvement practices.
The Candidate:
* Strong business analysis experience with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Skilled in requirements definition, process modelling, workshops, and working within Agile or waterfall environments.
* Adaptable and delivery-focused, with experience in fast-paced settings using iterative and flexible approaches.
The Package:
Base salary: up to £58,000
