The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-moving energy business. This is a permanent role for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys being the go-to person who makes everything work.
You’ll be trusted with a wide range of responsibilities, so discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-level PA support to senior stakeholders
* Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
* Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Supporting wider business activities as required in a dynamic environment
About You
* Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
* Exceptionally organised with strong time-management skills
* Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
* Strong IT skills (MS Office and related tools)
* Welsh speaking skills are desirable, but not essential
