Job Description
The post holder should contribute to the Service goals and objectives:

The post holder will be responsible for delivering excellent results and:
1. Act with integrity as a council representative, working in tenanted and occupied houses/premises where no other council employee is present

4. Aim to provide a first-class service and get it right the first time
5. Ensure the customer is informed and updated on the progress of work
6. Go the extra mile to get things done
7. Work in secure locations such as schools, care homes, and other public buildings, adhering to rules and demonstrating sensitivity
