HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) - Permanent - London / Hybrid - £50,000 per annum
My client, a global law firm based in London, is currently recruiting for an HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors) on a permanent basis.
* Maintain the firm's HRIS, ensuring the system operates effectively, developing technical efficiencies, and supporting enhancements and integrations.
* Support the delivery of the HR Systems roadmap, including project work in Employee Central (EC), Performance and Goal Management, Reporting, and Employee Central Payroll.
* Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance) to plan, build, and implement new HRIS integrations and support maintenance of existing connections.
* Execute regular system processes such as imports, bulk updates, configuration changes, permission role management, and onboarding document updates.
* Assist with data cleanses and reconciliations regularly.
* Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to system limitations, troubleshoot issues, and involve appropriate stakeholders.
* Previous experience with SAP/SuccessFactors, with a good understanding of ECP and GUI.
* Ideally, hold System Admin SFX Accreditation, with knowledge of EC, PMGM, and Reporting modules.
* Intermediate MS Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, if formulas, etc.).
* Understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR.
