Estates Services Coordinator Salary£30,300 LocationHybrid - weekly presence required in either Rushden, Boston, As an Estate Services Coordinator at Amplius, youll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our estates management services. Youll act as a central point of contact, keep our data accurate and up to date, coordinate essential estate activities, and help ensure that colleagues and customers receive a high-quality, compliant, and efficient service. Salary : £30,300 Contract: Permanent Your week : Full Time (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5:15pm, 1 hr lunch break) Location : Hybrid weekly presence required in either Rushden, Boston, Peterborough, Milton Keynes or Derby office Snapshot of your role Act as the first point of contact for estates related enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate and monitor estates activity, including inspections, maintenance works and contractor performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for work orders, service contracts and estates performance data. Support procurement processes by gathering quotes, raising purchase orders and liaising with contractors. Provide administrative support to the estates team, including reports, meetings, minute taking and documentation management. Process data variations for new, amended or removed sites to ensure accurate contract information. Work collaboratively with teams such as Property Operations, Customer Services, Housing, H&S and Finance. What were looking for Experience providing administrative or customer-facing support in a busy, fast-paced environment. Ability to manage competing priorities and work with multiple stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Confident IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Desirable Experience within estates, facilities management, property services or a similar field. Understanding of property maintenance, facilities management processes, or relevant H&S/building regulations.
