We are a leading provider of adult social care, committed to empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities. We are looking for a Service Manager to lead our Supported Living Services in Liverpool.

Job Responsibilities
* Motivate, lead and develop a passionate team
* Ensure high-quality, person-led care across all services
* Be visible, hands‑on, and lead from the front
* Deliver and monitor activities that support wellbeing and outcomes
* Work in line with values, policies, and care standards
* Build positive relationships with stakeholders, families, and professionals
About You
* Strong background in learning disabilities, mental health or complex needs
* Level 3 or equivalent/above qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
* Proven leadership across multiple sites
* Natural people‑leader with coaching and mentoring skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Deeply caring and compassionate
