Job Description
What will you be doing?
We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major industrial project. You'll oversee all on-site construction activity, working closely with EPCm contractors and subcontractors to ensure delivery is safe, compliant, and on schedule.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Lead and coordinate site construction activity and supervise EPCm construction staff.
* Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and site safety protocols.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, and daily construction operations.
* Maintain alignment with engineering and procurement teams to meet delivery milestones.
* Manage risk, budget, quality inspections, and site documentation.
* Represent construction interests in cross-functional meetings and reporting.
Who are we looking for?
* Proven experience delivering large-scale industrial or engineering construction projects.
* Background in managing EPCm contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK construction compliance.
