Residential and Dementia Care Service Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care to elderly residents in a residential and dementia-focused setting.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of compliance, quality improvement, and commercial awareness. They will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the sector and its challenges, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Requirements:
* A current Registered Home Manager within elderly care
* Experience in managing residential and/or dementia services
* Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC reports
* Skilled in team leadership, people development, and building a positive culture
* Commercially aware, with experience in marketing, budgeting, and occupancy growth
