Overview of role: Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the marketing strategies and supporting the growth of the business. You will be responsible for the Bounce brand, customer acquisition, growth and retention. You will work closely with our Hijingo Marketing team as we share social, CRM, design, digital and insight resources across both brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help shape and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Bounce brand in the UK
• Become the expert on our customer by conducting market research. Identify market trends, analyse the competitive landscape and use data-driven insights to inform product and revenue management, marketing strategies and campaign decision.
• Drive revenue of Bounce through B2C web sales and by supporting the B2B sales team on corporate bookings for meeting, conferences and work parties across all London locations
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints
•Planning and executing advertising campaigns, both online and offline
• Manage the content creation strategy across various channels, whilst being the brand guardian across the business.
• Exploring opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with relevant third parties and influencers to drive awareness
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, tracking performance, and utilising data-driven insights to optimise future marketing efforts.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with external partners, including PR agencies, digital agencies and third parties.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as the venue team, to improve the customer journey and experience, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Lead CRM initiatives to drive customer retention and growth, employing a range of tools and strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, exploring new channels and tactics to reach target audiences, and driving a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or events industry (B2B and B2C), demonstrating a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Experience in effectively leading and managing external agencies, stakeholders and where necessary junior members of the team.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a specific focus on performance and growth with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Creative flair for effectively communicating brand messages through compelling copywriting and design selection, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications, while proactively mitigating risks
• Love for the Bounce brand and full of ideas about how to spread that affection, via on site events and promotions, PR and influencer campaigns
• The ability to leverage data and insights to create new campaign plans and targeted marketing communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse mix of people, with a collaborative approach and a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement, staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and actively seeking opportunities to leverage new tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency
• High energy, can-do attitude, and a sense of humour to tackle challenges with resilience, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
• Keen to travel around London to be a frequent and dynamic presence at all three locations

Milestones:
* 3 Year - £200 bonus and holiday increase to 32 days (pro-rata)
