Residential Development Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 65,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving Residential Development Team in Bristol. JOB REF:1514.
* Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
* You will be responsible for a busy residential development caseload to include residential development projects, bridging finance and lender:side transactions, plot sales and site set up, auction transactions, title splitting and drafting leases and Infrastructure agreements.
* You will provide expert, commercially focused legal advice, managing transactions with minimal supervision and ensuring exceptional standards of client service at every stage.
* Support junior team members through supervision, mentoring, and sharing technical and commercial knowledge.
* You should have strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a client:focused approach.
* Engage proactively in business development initiatives, including networking, building client relationships, and promoting the firm's family law expertise across the region.
