Yard Operative - Afternoon & Night Shifts in Banbury Area
We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced yard environment, supporting the unloading of trailers and movement of goods across site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unloading trailers safely and efficiently
* Moving products around the yard using PPT trucks and FLTs
* Working as part of a two-man team for heavy lifting tasks
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
* Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Must be physically fit and able to carry out continuous heavy lifting
* Experience using PPT (Powered Pallet Trucks) and FLT (Forklift Trucks) is preferred
* Ability to work afternoon and night shifts
* Strong teamwork skills and a reliable work ethic
