Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will be the central point of contact for assigned jobs, coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, and liaising with customers and surveyors. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage assigned projects, ensuring all key tasks are completed, including order acknowledgements and contract reviews.
* Actively assist in fulfilling project requirements from beginning to end.
* Minute weekly production meetings, tracking the progress of all ongoing jobs and outstanding enquiries.
* Manage workshop inventory and stock levels.
* Review and ensure all Risk Assessments are current and relevant.
* Coordinate the completion and compilation of service reports for the Service Support Manager.
* Liaise with classification society surveyors and customers to resolve any project-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations (LOLER, PUWER, PAT, etc.).
* Apply all company rules, policies, and procedures as outlined in the company handbook.
* Attend regular update meetings with senior management.
* Be prepared to undertake other related tasks as required.
Terms and Conditions

* Hours: Normal working hours are 37 per week, with additional hours as needed to complete the job role.
