About the Role:

This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will support key quality and consumer care processes, contributing to compliance, data accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives across the UK & Ireland region.
You will be treated as an integral member of the Quality team, gaining exposure to consumer care operations, regulatory standards and cross-functional collaboration. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will develop practical insight into how quality assurance and consumer engagement protect and strengthen trusted brands.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Quality Intern, you will support a range of activities across quality management and consumer care, including:
* Conducting gap assessments and supporting updates to Consumer Care Centre (CCC) templates, documentation and communication materials to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Supporting consumer care data analysis across internal platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
* Assisting with business preparedness and alignment of Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) policies, including crisis management processes.
* Contributing to training support, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across consumer care operations.
This role offers practical exposure to quality systems, consumer complaint management, data analysis and regulatory compliance within a commercial environment.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and curious about how quality and consumer care support business performance and brand reputation.
You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

The selection process consists of three stages:
1. Screening telephone interviews: March - April 2026
2. Online testing: April 2026
3. Assessment Centre: April - May 2026
The internship will commence on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and will run for 12 months. During this period, you will be required to work from our sites and offices as defined per role, as on-site presence is a key requirement of the programme.
Right to Work Requirement
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the 12-month internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, unrestricted right to work or an appropriate visa that permits full-time employment for the duration of the programme. Evidence of the right to work will be required prior to commencement, in line with UK legislation.
