Novell's Restaurant, an integral part of the Polhill experience, is looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Assistants to join its busy and vibrant team during our peak trading season. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, delivering great customer service and being part of a friendly and supportive team.
About the Role
You will play an important role in supporting our Restaurant team, ensuring customers receive a warm welcome and excellent service while helping maintain high standards across our dining areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Making hand‑crafted teas and coffees
* Serving cakes, scones and light snacks
* Clearing tables and keeping the restaurant tidy
* Taking customer orders and operating the till
* Assisting with baking of products
* Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Providing outstanding customer service at all times
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Working Patterns
A range of part‑time seasonal roles (March–January) are available, plus one Maternity Cover position (9–12 months). Each role has fixed, regular shift patterns as outlined below.
