About The Role
Balfour Beatty is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth delivery of essential services within a busy healthcare environment.
As a Site Administrator You Will
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to on‑site management and operational teams
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance logs
* Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage schedules
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Support reporting requirements and ensure data is up to date and accurate
* Assist with health & safety documentation and compliance tracking.
Who we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within healthcare or facilities management is advantageous)
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
