We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join an international project.
This is a remote position, however, candidates must be based in Leicester, United Kingdom.
We are particularly interested in candidates with knowledge of languages commonly used across South and Southeast Asia, including but not limited to languages spoken in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and neighbouring regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via livechat, email, phone or social media platforms
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution
* Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively
Requirements (updated):
* Proven experience in customer support
* Experience working in international teams
* English proficiency – B2 level or higher
* Knowledge of at least one language commonly used in South Asia or Southeast Asia, including but not limited to languages spoken in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, or Malaysia
* Strong attention to detail, resilience, and multitasking ability
* Confident Excel skills; experience with customer support tools and reporting systems is a plus
