The Opportunity
You'll have full ownership of a busy, food-led operation with strong year-round trade. This is a live-in role, giving you the chance to immerse yourself in the lifestyle as well as the business—leading from the front and shaping every part of the guest experience.

What You'll Own
Full site leadership - inspire, develop and lead a multi-department team
Guest experience - deliver consistently exceptional service that keeps guests coming back
Operations - oversee all departments and maintain outstanding standards
Commercial performance - own the P&L, control costs, and maximise revenue
Culture & people - build a high-energy, high-performance team environment
What You Bring
Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume hospitality environment
Strong commercial mindset with full P&L accountability
A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
Passion for food, service, and delivering memorable experiences
