This role is essential for the operationalization of Project Alliance. The Global Supplier Contract Manager will collaborate with leads in Technology, Finance, and Procurement, serving as a global escalation point and liaison with our IT Services Vendor. This position is crucial for managing supplier contracts, ensuring operational compliance and governance, overseeing supplier management, and reporting on financial performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Working with Technology, Finance, and Procurement leads as a global escalation point and liaison with key partners.
2. Overseeing the operational execution of contracts to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and targets.
3. Contributing to vendor strategy development, supporting dentsu’s business priorities, and defining contractual best practices and governance frameworks.
4. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring adherence to contract terms and performance standards.
5. Ensuring operational activities comply with contractual and regulatory requirements, establishing supplier governance, and overseeing policies and procedures.
6. Coordinating with legal, procurement, and other departments to meet contractual obligations, and collaborating with global Finance directors to manage financial aspects of contracts.
7. Guiding Suppliers Account & Commercial Managers and Independent Survey Suppliers in developing and delivering Dentsu Satisfaction Surveys.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience working with IT Services vendors or in outsourcing service management.
* Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
* Solid experience in technology outsourcing across APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions.
* Proven experience in supplier management and understanding of technology outsourcing principles.
