Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity? Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a global business based from Tamworth as they look to recruit a HR Advisor to join their team.
Reporting into the HR Manager, and working as part of a supportive team within a fast paced environment, this role would be perfect for an established HR Advisor, who enjoys being onsite working within a busy team environment.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage ER casework
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.
-Advice and guidance to management and staff on a wide range of HR queries
We are looking for:
- Proven HR background working true generalist roles.
- Hands on experience managing ER casework is essential.
- Experience gained within construction, manufacturing or engineering/Blue collar environment is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
