Sales Manager
The Role:
A rare opportunity to join a pioneering UK-based medical device company as a Sales Manager. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to lead a talented team of four and spearhead revenue growth across the UK. With a portfolio of patient transfer solutions including slings, lifts, and pressure care systems, the Sales Manager will build strategic partnerships, expand key accounts, and promote products that transform patient care.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced position requiring a confident leader who thrives on multi-stakeholder engagement and understands the value of strategic sales in healthcare environments. You'll be instrumental in driving success across NHS trusts, care homes, and loan stores, while championing innovation and dignity in patient mobility.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Sales Manager role:
* Proven experience in medical sales, ideally within NHS, care homes, or loan stores
* Management experience is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management and value-based selling skills

The Package for Sales Manager:
* £65K-£80K basic salary
* £25K uncapped OTE (paid quarterly)
* Company car/van or car allowance
* Mobile and laptop provided
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
