We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager – PM Shift to build and lead high performing teams, that are engaged, focused on keeping our people safe, supports business growth, and are committed to putting our customers at the heart of everything they do.
The Person
They will be enthusiastic about people, with experience in leading diverse, high performing teams with demonstrable success in employee engagement.
* You will be aligned to our PM shift pattern 2 pm Until 10 pm Monday - Friday
The Role
The Warehouse Team Manager – PM Shift will have responsibility for assisting in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations while supporting the Warehouse Operations Manager to achieve agreed Safety, Quality, Performance and Delivery standards.
* Behavioural Health, Safety and Wellbeing Leadership.
* A key motivator of our warehouse team, driving performance to achieve department and individual KPI’s, to deliver Quality, Service and Cost.
* Responsible for Data-led decision making to manage performance and lead change.
* Delivery of company values, embed team morale, and team engagement, through strong leadership support, coaching, development, and growth.
* Ensure adherence to all food manufacturing safety and quality standards, safeguarding the delivery of great-tasting, high-quality food products.
* Customer focused, actively engaging with key stakeholders to exceed expectations.
* A key driver in the culture of continuous improvement, through lean process improvements. Challenging the status quo to lead teams in line with the company vision and values with a focus on safe systems of working and clear operating procedures.
Responsibilities
As the Warehouse Team Manager - PM Shift, you will be leading a team to manage and control stock and materials. You will ensure all stock is secured in a safe environment and maintain the warehouse to a high standard ensuring Health & Safety is the focus, followed by quality and performance.
* Accountability for safe operation and control of all MHE
* Will have the ability to motivate, lead a team and be a key collaborator.
* Have previous experience of people management, high performance, and quality standards.
* Have a good understanding of factory processes including HACCP, Standard Operating Procedures, and quality systems.
* You will be able to operate under your own initiative and support the management of substantial change, whilst ensuring that daily operational standards are maintained.
* You will be organised, resilient with excellent numerical skills.
* You will be process driven and people orientated, able to support strong teams in a reactive environment with a demanding customer base.
* You have a passion for working within a progressive, people-centred environment with a history for supporting continuous improvement and driving sustainable change.
* Seamless control of our 3PL partners for all Inbound and Outbound activities.
