CPL in partnership with a leading private hospital in Maidstone, Kent is looking for a passionate and patient-focused Theatre Practitioner to join its Theatre team.

About the Role
As Theatre Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the peri-operative team, supporting safe and effective surgical care across scrub, anaesthetics, and/or recovery. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth theatre workflow and outstanding patient outcomes throughout their surgical journey.
You'll support excellent patient experiences throughout the peri-operative journey while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, high-quality patient care
* Complete theatre safety checks and documentation
* Maintain infection prevention and control standards
* Support effective communication across departments
* Participate in clinical governance and continuous improvement
* Contribute to training and supporting colleagues and students
* Take part in on-call and out-of-hours services
What We're Looking For
Essential
* Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of clinical governance
* Commitment to professional development
* Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
Desirable
* Experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery
* Acute hospital theatre experience
* Leadership or mentoring experience
