This is a hands-on role requiring installation expertise, diagnostic capability, and the ability to support structured testing and prototype development. Minimum Technical Qualifications (Mandatory Requirement) Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics. A BTEC Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or NVQ Level 3 in an electrical or electronic discipline. An HNC or HND in Electrical, Electronic, Automotive Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. A completed technical apprenticeship such as Auto Electrician, HGV Electrician, Defence Electronics Engineer, or Electronics Technician.
