We're looking for an Engineering Manager who will lead our design and engineering teams across a range of complex structural and telecoms infrastructure projects. Role Responsibilities -Manage lead designers and engineering teams delivering Civils, Steel Frame, Piling & Concrete, Telecoms rooftop designs, Rip & Replace sites, Special Foundations, and end‑of‑life structural solutions. -Coordinate and support site attendance to survey structures and gather information required for structural calculations. -Ensure all project work is delivered within budget, meets deadlines, and complies fully with CDM 2015 Regulations and Health & Safety requirements. -Oversee production of sketches, hand‑drawn concepts, and AutoCAD drawings to ensure outputs are technically accurate and fit for purpose. -Lead HR responsibilities including team inductions, appraisals, performance reviews, and probation management. -Provide leadership, guidance, and quality assurance across all engineering deliverables. Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. -BEng in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). -Experience managing engineering teams and leading multi‑discipline technical delivery. -H&S training enabling safe attendance at site environments. -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly. -Design flair and the ability to develop creative, practical engineering solutions for clients.
