Join a leading global pharmaceutical safety services organization at a fast-growing team providing medical information call center services. Use your scientific and language expertise to review, assess, and process safety and product quality information, contributing to global product safety profiles and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
1. Provide support via phone to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and other needs (not including sales support).
2. Manage lifecycle safety data: receive, triage, review, process, perform data entry, coding, narrative writing, query generation, quality control, reconciliation, case closure, and translations.
3. Document incoming safety reports from calls or emails from investigative sites or other sources.
4. Foster a positive team environment, lead by example, and mentor less experienced team members.
5. Maintain effective communication within the team and with project managers, proactively identify issues, and propose solutions.
6. Participate in training and working groups related to lifecycle safety processes and initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Must be a licensed Pharmacist.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum C2 or native).
* Willingness to learn new skills across lifecycle safety services.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Minimum Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
* Fluent in English (C1) and native German language skills.
